Freight forwarders are required to send us detailed pre-alerts. We begin to track your product before it leaves the country of origin and report the status to you. Our volumes and great relationships with the airlines have given us preferential treatment. We have our own pick up doors at the airlines enabling us to avoid the typical long lines and greatly reducing the time your product sits at the airport.
We are very conscious of the importance of the cool chain and proper handling. The systems that we have in place insure that your product is handled properly reducing stress on your flowers and you. We are proud to present our new State of the Art Flower Handling Division located only a few minutes from the Miami International Airport. Utilizing the very best in refrigeration and transportation equipment, plus over 40
years of experience in the Floral Industry, Flower Transfer Handling Division is ready to provide for all your floral handling needs. Engineers using load capacities that would accommodate the cooler being completely full designed our refrigeration equipment and the 36 pre-cooler bays can run non-stop 24 hours a day. This insures that our cooler temperature levels never deviate. Humidity is automatically controlled and constantly monitored. Even our docks are refrigerated and every door is fitted with an inflatable dock seal to maintain the cool chain.
